I felt the tire spin a bit but wasn't expecting what I turned around and saw after I got off.  laughingdp

Now why would you go and do that?

Mostly cause I was supposed to go canyon riding with Bick this weekend, and ending my riding season early seemed less embarrassing than letting him see how slow and timid I really am.

What did it do? Melt its way through?

Yup.  boo

Dude, if you didn't want to ride with me you could have just told me.  You didn't have to break your bike. Sad

Whatevs. This is totally your fault. I present: People's Exhibit A.

I figured out what happened to your bike's electrical issue.

It moved north.

Thanks.  Angry

Can't blame that on me.  My electrical issue was keeping the bike from starting, hence, nothing heating up - most definatly not hot enough to melt plastic.

Get yourself some bailing wire, strap that thing back together and ride it down to Loveland.  (They may be able to set you up with a loaner.)

I have missed out on a lot of good riding this year.  You're not getting off that easy.

Hopefully trailering it home later today.

If I can fix it in short time, then we're on.

My only real worry is the giant hole it melted in my undertray.

I really would like to go out riding with you this weekend, but I also really DON'T want to wind up stuck out in west bumblemake the beast with two backs.

Or worse, having to ride cupcake all the back to FoCo on your bike.
