They got my replacement filter screen port/thermsistor parts in early and assembled it for free.  Thank ya Juan Carlos.

Now just repeat the following phrase 100 times: Put the socket on the large nut; not the small one. Put the socket on the large nut; not the small one. . . . .

I just got off of the phone with the service dept and it's gonna be a week before I get my ride back, this is in addition to the 2 weeks that it has been there. I'm glad you got good news cause mine sucked. drink

I'm having fixed the fuel leak that began after the time I had them fix my fuel level warning light (insert calvin tee-teeing on eximport logo) I'm talking shit, no biggy really, it'll be like getting her new again chug

It's kinda hit-or-a-miss over there at Eximports.  I think the overall quality and service are getting better.

I was there a couple years ago when the Ducati Truck was there and I think I meet someone from the board here that I didn't actually know it was him... (who was that again?)

Personally from my experience and who I get to deal with... that place is a disappointment and dont care for them to much... on the other hand I do know ya'll dont have a wide variety of chooses down there as well...

Mine is a warranty deal(thanks impulse buy) Everytime I've spent money there, the service has been great.
