For an "off road" truck, this rides very nice. Compared to my 02 with 74k the rides is better, less jarring, easier to manage. Don't get me wrong, it is not as smooth as a car, no where near it. But it's a very nice ride for a truck...

I test drove one - it takes about 20 seconds before you forget what you are driving and feel like you are in a car - not a bad thing - very nice driving and very nice interior.

I might have bought one if I could get past the looks and cost.  At the time is seemed like too much money for what you got.

I have driven my boss's several times.

It is all decked out with every feature imaginable.

But mitt is right........doesn't look good and insanely pricey

based on the other prices i've seen mentioned in this thread, it's really not that expensive.  assuming you don't want a 'work truck'.  mine has the works as far as options (er, package - honda doesn't have options) and it really wasn't much more than anything else i was considering at the time.  now having had it for 2 years, i think it was a bargain.  20 seconds is about right for thinking you're driving a car.  i readily admit that it's kinda fugly, but, eh... i don't look at the outside of it when i'm driving it.  and it's benefits far outweigh that consideration.

for gettng to and from the track, which is 100% of the reason why i have a truck at all, it's perfect.

if i had an appetite for a FS truck tho, i would look at that Ford.
Like this is the racing, no?

without getting into specifics, back when it was purchased, it was the most expensive sticker priced Ridgeline sold to date.

I want to say it was an 07?

IZ likes the Ridgeline...I rest my case.

That thing^^^^ is the yuppie version of a cross between an El Camino and a Subaru Brat.

I had a resto-mod '75 Ranchero (complete with a mildly built 414 CI engine) almost a decade ago that I miss occasionally to this day. Drove like a car, hauled parts and bikes, and hauled ass to boot.  :)

The only thing close these days is that Pontiac G8 truck thingy, which is interesting but still a GM. But if it had AWD.....

Drove one today with a 5,000lb trailer behind it.  Was not impressed.

Hey Chris does this mean that you will put the Ducati in the back of the F-150 and finally come visit?  You know you miss it out here.

Hell yeah I miss it. I would like to get a boat out there. If I do, the bike goes in the back and the Touareg gets towed behind....

All four, actually. Tundra, Ram, F-150 & Silverado.  Ford and Chevy not impressive.  Chevy was worse.
