Looks good!  waytogo

Have you ran it yet? I'm curious how well the high temp paint will hold up on the headers...and how well the powder coat will hold up on the exhaust cans. Those stock cans get HOT with the cats in them. Typically people ceramic coat the headers, and use high temp paint on the cans.

I've had the cans powder coated for about month now.  Ride her almost everyday.  No issues so far and discoloration or any other indication of problems.  Had high temp paint on them for about 4 months, looked great but got dinged up pretty quick.

Ran the headers for about two hours the first day, smoked up like crazy when I started up but other than getting a bit darker at the top, the paint has held up - no dings, peeling or anything.  Mostly I did it to make sure I liked the look before committing to a ceramic coat.

"F**K U IT HAPPENED"

Suzuki Blvd M109R " Sliver " = assassinated by cager
PW 696 " Pearl " = traded in
M1100 " Loki " = Viking God of mischief ( Goddess in this case )
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in a pretty pristine body, but rather to come in sliding sideways all used up screaming F*CK YEAH WHAT A RDIE!!

Yup and nope  Grin

Speedymoto is working on covers for the 696, for now you have to get creative and paint/cut them if you want...
