Looking for 695, 620, Sport Classic, S2R owners in the Valley

I need to find these models in the valley to mock up an oil cooler kits. If anyone needs an oil cooler for the 695, 620, Sport Classic, or S2R I would be willing to do it for way less than the cost of the components so that I could complete a prototype.
Regards,
Ryan
P.S. Our shop is in Gilbert, AZ

Ryan, I have a friend looking at possibly a 695 or other model w/o stock oil cooler...I'll get him in touch with you if he picks it up....
(By the way, nice job on the kits!)

How close are you and your significant other to Gilbert? I could do a 2 for 1 special!

Yes, he has a 620 as well
but we are not close at all. Deer Valley.
I'm not sure I understand what would be the benefit to having an oil cooler on it though?
I bought this 620 new in March 2002, and have ridden in in triple digit temps for 7 years now. Overheating has never been an issue.

I guess if you own a 696 or 695 the oil temps get a bit hotter. My bike overheaed in rush hour traffic last year. My oil temps are running in excess of 315F and thats too high.

Oh, yeah that does seem high! Wow!
In the hottest of the summer, mine usually runs around 270. I don't think I've ever seen it higher than that. They must have changed something when they changed from the 620 to the 695's.

I've seen 300 degrees on my 620 quite a few times and it is a bit unsettling. It'd be great to lower those temps. I can get to Gilbert pretty easily from South Phoenix. The only thing I wonder about is sourcing or fabricating the diverter that sits up inside above the oil filter that allows the oil to actually get to the cooler. I've heard of some folks retrofitting coolers without adding the diverter only to have a really expensive ornament when alll was said and done. PM me if you wanna mock things up on my bike.

Don't worry about the bypass spring
got that covered... I will be at the shop all this weekend if anyone wants to stop by, it will take about 20 minutes for me to get the idea of how to mount it and take some measurements. By next week I should be able to have a working prototype to mount on the bike. When I hit 7 bars last summer, my oil temp was between 191 and 200C which equates to 375 -392F. Thats pretty much the death of the oil synthetic or not. That day I decided to cure the major problem with the 696. If you can make it by this weekend PM me and I will give you directions how to get here and a convenient time to meet up.
Thanks in advance!

Just as an aside, the Sport Classics and S*R's have oil coolers standard...

I am aware that they come stock with an oil cooler, but I would like to offer a replacement option if one were to break.

Hey Ryan,
I had a great time prototyping on Sunday night. I LOVE the cooler. It works great, and looks great. Can't wait to get the final fittings secured. This'll blow the DP part out of the water. Especially the price point. And I think you can tell from looking at some of the stuff on my bike and the work that was going on at the "Mad Scientist's" (Dietrich's) house on Saturday, that home-grown ingenuity will always win out in my book over cookie-cutter, store-bought fodder for the masses. What a great sense of accomplishment to look at a functioning piece of art and engineering and say "I did that!"

150 Fittings are in and looking forward to making the thing look and function better! Also need to find center on the bike so it looks like its supposed to be there.
