Not technically a question, but still...
"[Hmph!] Those motorcycles are taking up a space."
Context: Outside restaurant last night waiting for my date to arrive. A group of 4-5 arrive at restaurant but one lady stays outside and is looking at two bikes parked between two cars on the side of the street. There are no meters, parking lines, etc. I think whoever dropped them off was circling the neighborhood looking for a parking space and she was trying to help him find one.
I just love the complete lack of recognizition that a bike is a vehicle, too. The side of the street in NYC is not "car only", even if the space between cars happens to be roughly car-sized (for obvious reasons). It's all just space.

Five old Ranchers in Utah standing around scratching their heads looking my bright red 1992 CBR f2: What is that?
Back then a fully faired bike was not very common in places like eastern Utah.........

I would have replied: yeah as the lean angle approaches 60 degrees she starts to struggle ... keep it under 100mph in the corner and the lean angle at only 45-50 degrees and she's all good.

Back in college I was walking to class with my helmet in my hand when this group of girls sitting by the sidewalk asked the usual "Do you have a motorcycle" question. Now they were pretty cute and I probably should have segued into the "want to go for a ride" line, but instead answered "No, I just carry the helmet around campus to pick up freshmen".

Why not? I've got a great safety record despite driving bus #13
I got "How do you say that?" from a guy in a well built hot rod. He kept saying it like 'Dugatti."

My girlfriend and I were out riding in a state park near Rochester, NY this past weekend. We stopped to check out some waterfalls, and two guys stroll by and stare at our jackets and helmets sitting on the wall in front of us.
Dude #1: Did you guys ride bikes?
Me: Nope, we were getting ready to jump.
Dude #2, looking worried: Um, you serious.
Me: No, I'm kidding man. We rode.
Girlfriend, after they walked away: You're such an asshole.
Me: You would be too if people asked that question all the time!
