i mentioned 7/4 cause it was a holiday.  If y'all were gonna do streets in june, couldn't you have done 6/29 with trackdaz? Sad I know people weren't super happy with trackdaz, but they didn't run anyone off the track either...unlike fasttrack.

Any of you track monkeys interested in an Ohlins steering damper for the M900?  It's a cross mount that attaches to the ignition post and handle bar.  I think I used it maybe 3 track days total, never on the street.  I'll bring it to IBN tomorrow if anyone is interested.  $250 or equivalent in single malt, tequila or cigars.

Also, I have an extra pitbull rear stand for standard swingarm, not SSS.  For that, you've got to come to Studio City.  And I have no idea what it's worth... 80 bucks?

Sorry for the theadjack, hope to get out there with you soon.

Anyone else sign up for the 6/20 date.  I think my little 620 would be much happier over at the Streets.

I'm gonna sign up, probably level II since I have no idea what my lap times are at the streets... Or maybe I'll listen to gm2 and go for III. I'll decide between now and tomorrow sometime. Smiley

i think i generally like the folks at td better, but i do like the timing format of ft better than that of td.  i'm certainly up for 6/29, too

i'm in L3, pretty sure joey is doing the same.

after doing L3 with them several times, it's a lot less populated than L2 and really not a problem time-wise

Hey folks...
I'll be down to Buttonwillow to ride with Keigwins 6/28 and/or 6/29.  I'll be making material deliveries: rims for Stu, a helmet for Derby...a toy train for BP...etc.

Pick a day and come along!

how does the format differ?  And whats up with the mention of a transponder system, do they provide laptimers? or just provide the beacon?

Yeah, well some people also argue that Stoner is better than Rossi, you can't believe everything you read on teh interwebs Wink

I've done numerous FT days and I've never had a problem.  I would imagine the miffed rider is someone who was in a level he shouldn't have been in and took a shitty line that no one was expecting - these things happen.
