This stuff is awesome. Well roasted, but not too dark. Brighter finish than I expected, with just a hint of citrus (blueberries?!). Mmmm.

Just strolled out to the mail box and found a great smelling Monka Blend from c_rex awaiting me.  I can't wait to try it out tomorrow morning.

I waited until this morning to review the coffee because I wanted to really savor it on a Saturday.  c_rex sent me Monka, a nice medium roast.   It was very smooth, and had none of that almost acidic aftertaste that mediums sometimes have.  It as almost a creamy/nutty flavor (nutella-ish).  I'm a huge fan.

I just wish there was a way to have Horton's doughnut with it.
