I'm planning on a stripe at some point. We all know a stripe makes it faster.

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.

Thanks hon. I like naked.
I haven't seen many 800s with this simple color scheme but I'm told it is stock.

Took some new pix of mine and thought I post them up. Still need to open the clutch up this spring but it's getting there.

Here's a FAQ for it:
http://ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=109.0
Basically you right click on your pic in flickr (or wherever you host your pics at) and then select "Copy Image Location". Then you paste that info in between image tags.

Like that but without the spaces in the brackets.
Hope that helps!

ah the big question is is it better to keep it stock; and some bolt on parts or just customize the beats with 2 backs out of it ....
I have no stripes; all black; and replaced most that wasn't black with carbon (heal guards & belt covers); removed anthing that was stainless or chrome with aluminum; its as purely naked as i could get while still keeping it looking stock. So I'm kinda liking you bike shiny and necked. Maybe get some barend mirrors ... it will look awesome; plus i find I can see more .... just my deux centavos. Design consultation freeeee! [moto]

Frame stickers - if removed; carefully remove them with a heat gun; BUT please put them back on the frame where there hidden (under the seat is a good spot, but avoid where the the rubber seat bumpers rest on the frame). Its a part of the bike and I believe along with many transportation authorities & collectors that there applied for good reason and in the future if anyone asks tell em your sitting on them, also in the future bike collectore like to have the original pieces to a bike. Just my deux centavos and a couple of pointers for future consideration.

Besides collectors, what reason do I have to keep frame stickers? Does anyone actually get tickets for not having them? Mine are long gone (well, some of em; the rest to follow), and I wouldn't have 'em back. Not interested in the future collectability of my bike.
But authorities? Does the Texas State Trooper (who has yet to pull me over) actually know what frame stickers are applied to my S4RS and where they belong?
Perhaps, but I'm incredulous.

Nah, he doesn't. It's more of a registration/vehicle sale thingy. The DMV et al would care as would some states for emissions info etc...
