Better photos sure to come... I'll cop a good side-view of the sexy clutch cover and road rash next time I wheel it out.

Current commuter and just plain ´ol bullet proof GSXR  8)

My 1990 GSXR-1100.  Scary bike.  The only thing Suzuki could build back then were engines.  The chassis was like a Flexible Flyer sled I had when I was a kid.

beautiful desmodog.  Are you going to enter it in any bike shows?  I'm shure it will win. [thumbsup]

Thanks for the comments guys.

No, I don't plan on entering it in any shows. It's not a restoration (I made no attempt to keep things "stock") and wasn't really intended to be anything other than a neat old bike to ride...

I've got a couple others underway that may make it to a show or two though (as customs) but we'll see.

Fakin 'ell.. they're scarily similar, whilst your's is plain old scary.

My engine currently sips just over 1/2 litre of oil every 1200-1300km (I thought it was more).. i'm looking for a strong 1100R or Bandit 1200 (tweaked) engine to mate with the 750's gearbox for mine.

Should be fun.. though I'll first install a WP rear shocker and service the forks.

What say the mods pin this thread and make it mandatory posting after intros?

Yeah the rearend of my old Suza 1100 used to wiggle like a pole dancer when I was hard into a corner.
