What is the thickness of your strips?

Sleeper, I don't recall the exact thickness.

But they came in two width and they were the wider ones.
I think the package is still outside, I'll look and report back later.
would 7mm be right?

Yours are probably wider than 7mm - if you check my post on page 1 you'll see my 7mm - yours are wider?

1) new CF fairing (Monsterparts; painted by Ducpainter)
2) homemade “mini” rear brake reservoir
3) Earl's hose clamps w/covers (anplumbing.com)
4) Motrax LED brake light
5) new homemade brake light/signal bracket
6) tidied up under-seat wiring
7) removed fast idle lever and replaced with SC switch
8) removed fast idle cable/pulley; replaced TB brace with 916 brace
9) drilled and polished throttle cam
10) added SBK “button-type” fast idle
11) replaced OEM radiator overflow bottle with smaller item (Advancedperformanceaccessories.com; placed behind right radiator shroud)
12) powdercoated case covers satin black
13) TPO Parts footrest bracket bolts
14) re-routed airbox drain hose (behind right radiator shroud)
15) painted sidestand bracket satin black

Next mods will be BoomTubes and possibly pod filters and associated plastic-ectomy.

desmo - I stripped the anodizing off the Cycle Cat caps, drilled out the centers so the Rizoma preload adjusters would fit.

ato - I have no plans to sell either of my bikes.   :)   [moto]

That said, I have a dented tank I got of eBay and another seat cowl.  Someday, when I decide what I want to do, off it goes to Ducpainter for some paint...prolly not red.   ;)

wanna make it fasterer? go single sided on the front brakes but with kevlar line and goldline master.
