Turnagain F*cking ARM !!!!!!!!!!
Your pic makes me homesick. However, I do know that, that is not a recent pic, too much snow there now to be riding.

Thanks Dave. I just wanted it clarified for the Alaskan riders. Don't want them seeing a pretty picture of Turnagain Arm, getting excited, jumping on their bikes today, and then freezing to death.

What does that mean?
Turnagain Arm is a Fjord located just outside of Anchorage. It is about 60 miles long and offers some great scenery and riding. Whenever there is a nice day, Alaskan riders fire up their bikes and head down the Arm. I have many fond memories of it.

By the way, great board name homage to Dr. Strangelove!
"He'll see the big board!" "Bucky will be right back before you can say blast off!" "We need to get us one of those doomsday machines." ... the great lines from that show just never end.
One of my all time favortie movies ever. When I was in collage at UT/Austin in the early 70s it showed on campus damn near every week for a buck. My runnin' buddies and I would go for some tex-mex and pitchers of beer for the right attitude adjustment and off we'd go for the show. It was like a Rocky Horror showing. Everyone in the audience knew every line. Still cracks me up!!
My knick name in college was Bat for Col. Bat Guano and the Coke machine!!

The fact that flame throwers exist is proof that someone somewhere said "I'd sure like to set those people over there on fire but I'm just not close enough to get the job done."
