CHANGE - Thursday April 16th at 7:00 pm at East Union Library.  Pres

We'll plan for a ride on Sunday April 19th meeting at 10:00 a.m. at Montagues on South Tejon [NOT LOOKING GOOD with weather forecast].

It's that time of year to get organized for the upcoming riding season.  We've reserved a meeting room at the East Union Library off of Union and Montebello for Thursday, April 16th (you should have your taxes done!) at 7:00 pm.  We have just a bit of business to conduct to get us on track for our second year of riding!

Topics for discussion include our 2009 Schedule, what we want to this year, Ducati in the Rockies, track days, t-shirts, fund-raising and officer positions.  Yeah, I know a bunch of boring stuff.  But this is your group so make the most of it.

Weather forecast does not look promising at all for tomorrow.  Definitely no riding!

I concur, but might be late notice to catch a lot of folks. If it is a cold, and possibly snowy as they say it will be, I don't imagine we would have got a stellar turnout anyway.

Regardless, guess I'll sleep in on the assumption the meeting is a no-go.

POSTPONED.   LOOKING AT 12 APRIL FOR OUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY TO MEET.  SORRY FOR THE LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION, BUT I THINK ITS BETTER POSTPONE IN FAVOR OF GREATER TURNOUT.  STAY HOME AND ENJOY A CUP 'O JOE.

Rescheduling the meeting actually worked out good for Me, after Friday night's Beer and Billiards marathon, I got up late and didn't check the Forum or Facebook before We left. Armed with a map of "East Union Blvd" and a rather thick head, we searched for the library. Ignoring My Wife's suggestion that It was actually at 5550 NORTH Union , as She found in the phone book(YEAH i DIDN'T BRING ANY CONTACT INFO EITHER!!) I drove around till 11:00 and gave up. We then continued Our plans to go to the Gun Show at Phil Long center, the place was packed!! could not find parking anywhere, aborted that idea. Stopped at several other stores, ate lunch and headed home, bummed about missing the Meeting, read that it had been postponed and was laughing at Myself..The only real success was stopping at JoAnn's on Powers so Shannon could get some material for Her project's ( Guy's ,avoid this place at all cost's !! )   I think next Friday night I'll take it easy, and have a more productive saturday, like My Wife did, see You all then...

Looking at Sunday the 19th and tie the meeting in with a ride.  Trying to confirm meeting location.  The other option is Weds evening on April 15th.

Hey Larry, Sunday, the 19th, I'm doing a ride to Red River to meet up with some hooligans from the NMMR, weather permitting.  The date for that ride may change to Monday the 20th, then I can make the Sunday meeting.  You may have to take your own notes.     BTW, if anyone wants to accompany me, they are more than welcome.  More details to come.

My bad.  Too many moving parts to update.  Thanks for catching the Subject line error.  I'll be there tonight with VeeP and Secretary - so we hope you will be a Happy Camper!!!
