Has anyone run Rizoma Zeros without the loadbox? Just wondering if they do indeed burn out the element.

I have those pretty Rizoma triangular blinkers and one of them has lost two leds already. I dunno if the previous owner put in a resistor, but on the side where all leds are functional, I have a normal blinker rate. On the side where 2/4s of the leds are out, it blinks fast.

When i've fitted rizoma indicators i've allways used resistors as without them they will get really hot and burn out.
The latest one's come supplied with resistors in the kit

The latest Rizoma Zero-11's also have only 1 large LED, rather than the numerous mini-LEDs in the previous version.
The mounting stalk is also rubber to prevent vibrations from damaging anything.
