Titanium bolt kit, w/weights
«

Hi all.
Just wanted to let those that were wondering know....I'll be posting a list of the seperate Ti "kits" I will be offering shortly. I've decided to break up the kits into 4 different areas of the bike.
Front end
Rear end
Engine cases
misc fasteners
Front end will consist of:
Pinch bolts
Triple tree bolts
Caliper mounting bolts
fender mounting bolts
U bracket bolts
Headlight mounting bolts
master cylinder mounting bolts
The handlebar riser bolts, and the Ti axle will be available seperatly, as I undestand not everyone is using the bars, nor wants to spend the $$$ on an axle.
Engine case kit is pretty self explainatory
Rear is similar as well
Caliper mounting bolts
Caliper through bolts
Eccentric bolts
Wheel and sprocket nuts
Misc bolts will be things like:
rear set mounting bolts, heel guard mounting bolts, etc.
I'm finishing up on the list with weights. I will also be offering a lightweight rotor (name brand) with the kit, that will complete the package. For the rear end, expect to remove 2lbs off the back with the rotor and Ti, and another 2lbs with the sprocket carrier /520 chain.
Rotor mounting bolts I'm not sure of at the present, but I'm working on that as well.

Will there be a pre-drilled for safety wiring option?

That's just not good enough. We want it all and we want it now!!
No worries dude. I'm in no rush, was just curious as I'm considering doing this either in steel or your Ti.
Grad school is fun, eh? Just took my stats mid term, have another one next week for methods, I have two research presentations, an APA research proposal, and two classes worth of lesson plans to prepare for summer teaching, all in the next two weeks. Somewhere in there they expect me to write a thesis and dissertation too.

Excuses, excuses!
Any chance of procuring Ti bolts for the S*R rearset brackets...the four large (M10x1.5) button head Allen bolts (two each side)?

Questions on the front end kit:
Are all fender mounting bolts the same (old monsters and new monsters)?
Same question for Brakes --> I've got the Goldlines, and I know the caliper is different than on other monsters, don't know if the bolts are.
I do know that M6x20's are super common on the bike. They are for my radial gp master's, two for the clutch cover, and two for each of the cyclecat clipon where the bar clamps in.
The rest of the clutch cover bolts are: 3x M6x70, 1x M6x65
I'm interested. I like lighter, better looking bolts. My stock bolts are getting quite dingy looking.

Just remember to use anti-sieze/lubricating thread locker on the Ti bolts as Titanium is highly susceptible to thread galling.
