Wow...I didn't even notice that it was installed wrong.

The dealership put the tail kit on...I'm kind of surprised that they would miss that; anyway, mistakes happen (must have been a new tech)

Hi All -

So, I'm new to the forums AND new to owning a Ducati. I bought my first - a Monster 696 - this past winter and MAN, do I love it. All those others pale in comparison.

Just installed the Leo Vince LV-1 Carbon Exhaust and a charcoal polycarbonate windshield. Next, I'll be getting the carbon fiber seat cowl and the Rizoma Protoype mirrors. Then, on to rearsets.

I want to post a picture, but I have no idea how to do that. I've never belonged to any forum like this...any help?

Thanks,
DevilDogFF

Hey guys I was wondering, do those black exhaust covers/shields normally come standard with 696s?  My red doesn't have them and for some reason, I  love the way they look.  Is there somewere you can get them aftermarket?

Thanks,

Pat

Depends on what year your monster is. I think the 2010 maybe and beyond uses that cover. I'm sure you can buy it from Ducati Omaha. Just look at the parts diagram and find out the number. Or keep an eye on here and eBay to get it used.

Awesome thanks man! For some reason, I think it looks much nicer with that on.  I'll have to see what they run and if it's worth getting them or just waiting and getting the Arrow Dark exhaust.  Anyone have that exhaust by any chance?
