Not sure what it means, but I saw this on a theater marquee by my house the other night:
I suspect this is just some random art film. But I half expect to see turbo busas carrying mounted turntables roaming my hood any day now.

I went on a BARF ride once and met this girl on a blue zuki. She was in all blue leathers matching her bike.
She took off her helmet and had blue hair and blue contacts in her eyes.
When I started to stare she looked at me like, "what?"

I'm sure that film is really about turbo busa riders mixing it up with a gang of outlaw freestyle Motocross riders. There is sure to be blood & beer in the streets.
