Hats off to him, I placed an order the other day. He called me on the phone about 30 mins later to tell me that one of the things I had ordered was out of stock, also he helped me to get the proper spacers for the Rizoma Zero-11's so they would clear the front fairing. Then, when he found out I was a member here he knocked 10% off the order. To make up for the confusion on the part being out of stock he threw in a t-shirt and a kickstand puck from TOB, even though I don't go there anymore, it's still a damn nice shirt. Rock on dude!  [thumbsup] [thumbsup]

Ordering from Jeff is fun.  [thumbsup]  Late last night I wrote
"Yo pregnant dog!  Gots sum 999 billet reservoir covers in TI?   I needs summa dat shit. "

Early today he responded by telling me they were in stock and adding
"btw- I hope these bike parts arent taking food out of your baby's mouth you irresponsible bastard."

That was followed shortly by another email from Monsterparts LLC about customized 40 oz beer cozies.   [drink]

+1 on Jeff... he emailed me within 15 minutes to say he was out of stock on a part. I had to cancel the order and order from an alternate vendor so I could get my bike operational, but will definitely be ordering some goodies from him soon. The subsequent email barrage on what to black out on my bike next was fun, too.

And somebody, please order a pink chain from him. I wouldn't let him talk me into it for my Dark.

I ordered a part from Jeff a couple of weeks ago. I had an email response within 15 minutes and the part shipped that day. Other online merchants could learn a thing or two from Monsterparts.  [thumbsup]

Jeff is evil.

He's a parts pimp who gives you the first taste for free.

Then come the emails with pictures of custom cf exhaust cans.

Funny, I just spoke to Jeff today re some parts for the Rs.  He's a great guy and a top notch vendor that knows the meaning of "customer service".
