For that price why not just buy 3 1198S models and have a more capable bike plus a couple of spares.  You can always install a screw to limit the throttle like they do on kids 50cc bikes and then you can cut the power down to 848R levels.

His school bikes and even race bikes usually sell for a lot less than that....F.Y.I. If I remember correctly, the 749 FX bikes sold for around 20K.
