Mess o' wires

Okay - so I got rid of my big ol' pumpkin dome turn signals, and replaced them with Rizoma Track 77's.  So, all's well, I didn't even short anything out this time.  However, I've now got two massive black boxes, two feet of wiring, and two more little french fry shaped resistors stuffed in there behind the headlight. 

The question in this is: how are people managing all the junk behind the headlight?  Electrician tape?  Custom fabrication?  The shrink-wrap stuff? 

I know there are some good idea out there... hit me up.

Heat shrink with a little silicone in the ends is a good idea, just from a reliability standpoint.

Otherwise, your ability to hide it is limited by the size/height of your gauges and the volume of your headlight.

I just re-wired everything under my seat for the brake light and turn signals, as well as front turn signals.  For me, the two resistors for the rear turn signals obviated using resistors up front where there's less space.

I was able to wrap the excess wire for each front turnsignal into a small budle with a bit of electrical tape. Keep in mind i was VERY neat about everything. Then i used a bit more tape to secure that small bundle to the resistors (the NARROW black box). I then took the black LOAD boxes (the fatties) and stuffed them into a nice spot above the bottom triple, BEHIND (tank side) of the headlight U-Bracket. I think took the budled resistors and wire, held them against the back side of the load boxes, and zip-tied everything together against the U-Bracket. One bundle on each side, worked perfect, plenty of room. Nice and neat as well.

To prevent the electrical tape from coming undone, which is has a tendency to do, I made sure my zipties were very secure, and were directly on top of the seam of the electrical tape.

I have considered fabricated small plates to cover the spaces between the signal/headlight brackets, and the headlight/gauges.
I'll let you know if i ever get around to it

As far as rears, i rerouted everything and cleaned it up. It's easier back there.

Sweet - that sounds like a good option... I'm gonna give that a shot.  If you do fab something, send some pics... I'm interested in doing that myself, although I have no idea how to.

BTW, I ended up ordering from this place instead, because they had smaller minimum quantities: http://cableorganizer.com/wire-management/

Also, check out their 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, and 6:1 (!!!) heat shrink tubing.  I got some 3:1 stuff to secure the sleeving and clean up some other areas.
