I was looking at this old Post with all the different Rearsets available.

http://ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=7726.0

I have a 99 M900 and I am looking for  a rearset with passenger pegs.

I have recently started to commute and my long legs are getting cramped (6'1")

And being in NorCal, I ride all year around.

I like the  Ducati Performance rearsets. Is there any other riders using different brands?Huh?

Thanks

You and I are paddling the same boat.

There are a few considerations:

Do you have to have a passenger? Do you have low-mount pipes?

Previously, Rizoma rearsets had some spacers or bolts that would allow their rearsets to fit pre-00 monsters. Such is not the case any longer.

Sata makes rearsets but they don't include low pipe or passenger peg accomodations.

The DP sets you like are Style & Performance. You can get these at Motowheels.

Also on the block are AG Hammer rearsets, sold by CA Cycleworks. I have not seen a picture of these installed on a bike before though.

Additionally, there are AGRAS rearsets, which can be had from Yoyodyne or EuroMotoAZ. Like the AG Hammer rearsets, I don't know anything about these other than they are offered. I haven't found anybody who has these installed on their bike yet.

If you browse the Desmorados / Desmoworld.de site, you might find some additional rearsets available:

I'm with you guys.  Would like a set of rearsets to lose the ugly stockers.  They stick out like a sore thumb and they are huge.  I have toyed with the idea of making some myself, maybe next winter I will take a crack at it, too busy right now.

I am leaning towards the Satos for the moment, even though I have low mount pipes, I am confident I could fabricate a bracket for them.  They just look so nice and clean.

I have considered the AG Hammers also.  Made in Japan there is not a lot of pics of them available.  Here are a few (be kind these are pictures of pictures  Roll Eyes ).

Hey! I appreciate that, those are the kind of detail I've been looking for.

I even contacted both Yoyodyne and EuroMotoAZ asking if they had any pics of customer's bikes with them on it: Nope.

Thanks for the tips!!!

I also have an unusually body type where I have long arms and long legs but a shorter torso...lol  go figure!

Do you have to have a passenger? Do you have low-mount pipes?

Ok I found these....

This are the DP  Style and Performance with Passenger.

Here is my next request for all you riders....

If you have a M900 with ANY rearset, can you take a nice side photo (of the entire bike) and I can use Photoshop to see how much of a change the positioning will be. I can re-post it....

Maybe you take a photo and put a SODA CAN or something by the front tire for scale..lol  (low Tech)

Thanks
