"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

I can... ;)

...and I'd like to see the ST come back

An 1198 ST as light as possible with full power, sssa under seat exhaust and and maybe with primary gears to start life with a 16t front sprocket so gearing choices could be easier -  using the wheelbase of the Street Fighter maybe.

Same as above with a three valve head and tuned for torque might work too.

LA
"I'm leaving this one totally stock" - Full Termi kit, Ohlins damper, Pazzo levers, lane splitters, 520 quick change 14/43 gears, DP gold press plate w/open cover, Ductile iron rotors w/cp211 pads.

R90S (hot rod), 80-900SS, Norton 850 MkIII, S4RS

I don't know about the 848/1198 cases, but a 16 on the earlier motors would cause the chain to saw into the cases.

I liked the desmotre head too, but I think it was too many things to support at once, which is why I don't think they'll come out with an original single, but you never know.

Not to worry dude...

I took care of it. [thumbsup]

could you also sticky this for about a week?

Le Pirate

I voted other.

I want a more off-roady multistroodle

....................

duccarlos

I voted for the SS and boobies, but I would also have voted for the ST. The wife is showing some interest in riding 2 up and the Multi is not exactly for the vertically challenged.

my keyboard just served me with paternity suit.

ArguZ

I voted for boobies too.
I just want the old R2S design with the new engine...thats all
DeLEGOfication !!!

junior varsity

I'd like an ST, a new SS, and somebody to redesign the front end of the Multistrada so I will buy it. The front is the only thing keeping it in the showroom and not in my garage (well. lack of cash is also problematic)

Drunken Monkey

Either a new (cheaper) supermono or an ever more classic looking replacement for the SS

Or better yet, a classic looking, fully faired mono  ;D
I own several motorcycles. I have owned lots of motorcycles. And have bolted and/or modified lots of crap to said motorcycles...
