"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

If it was all verbal then there is no legal ground to stand on.  It is make the beast with two backsing hilarious though if it is true.

The reason I say no ground is b/c who is to say that it was nothing more than a misunderstanding.  If they said, "we are giving the winner a new toy Yoda" and the employees "misunderstood" that as a new Toyota then it is simple misunderstanding.

This is freakin' hilarious!!! In the photo, she looks totally PISSED!
I remember a Benny Hill skit where he's supposed to be chairing a panel on euthanasia, and he starts talking about how he's against it, and the camera pulls back and the banner behind him reads "Youth in Asia" . . .
That was 20+ years ago.

Still funny.
