Got one of those you beaut vented clutch covers from the states for my S2R looks really cool but have now developed a major oil leak, any suggestions?

exactly....those open clutch covers probably aren't too good for the ole 800 motor!  laughingdp

Brimo got rid of some serious weight....changed the heavy alloy clutch cover for a vented one AND got rid of some oil too!

oil leak has stopped now, took a bit of time, however, now the bottom end seems to have developed a bit of noise.  Huh?

seriously Brimo, what have you done? taken off the cover and replaced it with a vented one?

how many bolts did you undo when you were doing this operation (the correct answer should be 4)....did you do anything with the springs or another part of the clutch mechanism?

you can't continue past 12 o'clock if this is April's fool!

chuck some banana skins and saw dust in there then sell it,problem fixed  waytogo

I thought that was the fix for the Holden m21 4 speed gearbox

Great advice, on the stroke of midnight everything was back to normal, the pumpkin turned back into a coach,it was as if yesterday was just a bad dream (or bad joke)  Evil
