No, it took a week to get a appointment and, it was going to be a week for them to do the 600 mile service and the leaky cylinder head, but called the same day to say it was ready. I look at it as they got the bike in and actually looked at it the same day oppose to some dealers that will take your bike in and keep for a week or more and slowly work it in through out their day or whenever they feel like it. These guy went right to it, found the problem and fixed it asap.
