Sad.

Wonder why the truck driver was arrested?

Watched the news this am. Vehicular homicide.
Worse than that. a bunch of girl scouts and city councelors were begging Cal Trans to restrict truck traffic. This beaurocrat gets on and says they've been debating about the signage for years. Not my fault, the signs were made, they didin't approve them, blah blah.
Pretty sad when 12 year old girl scouts can see the oncoming train but are powerless to act and the chumps in charge are more concerned with deck chairs...

Meanwhile everybody has a hard on for those dangerous sport bikes in the canyons.

Check out the documents going back and forth between the city and the DOT.

Dunno why a big rig would be on that road, it's going to be quicker via 14/5/210 loop than AFH/ACH, *especially* in a truck.
