I've become an old man on an old man's bike

WWW
« on: April 06, 2009, 01:52:37 AM »

With a little bit of a hiccup at the finishing line this evening I bid farewell to my very trusty 620
The introduction to the Monster world that it gave me was excellent.

It was advertised on bikesales/point for $10,950 as the photo shows and after much debate in the other couple of
threads on what value it actually has. It left my house today putting $10,100 in my pocket.
Having bought it for $10,800 two yrs ago and done as much as I could do with it.
Parts aside my total cost of ownership for two yrs was $700 plus insurance and rego for two yrs.

I'm happy and I do hope the young fella who bought it has as much fun on it as I did.

Now it's time to move on!!!!!!!!!

Of course he got a card, infact two just in case.
Don't know if he'll come join us but we'll wait and see.

Either way he has a new bike and I have a shopping trip.
