Hey guys/gals

I need some help setting suspension on my bike. I know how to do it but I cant mainly because in order to do it right, you need 3 people.

One to hold the bike,
One to sit on the bike
One to measure.

Same thing for the rear wheel. If anyone is able to help I'll bring the Sam Adams. We can definitely get your bikes adjusted as well.

Bike is in pieces right now (finishing up a major maintenance) and missing an exhaust but all that should change by Saturday. If anyone is available after Saturday please PM me. Since I dont have a garage, this might have to happen at your place. I live in the South bay but I can drive a distance if I need to.

Thanks in advance.

FWIW, you can do it with two people if you have a sport chock.  I'm out of town this weekend, and live in SF anyhow.  G'luck.

Yeah I see what you mean. Unfortunately I have a pitbull stand that slips on the lower triple. Good for maintenance, not good for suspension adjustment.

Where are you located? I'm in San Francisco (by City College) and I'm around in the evenings, and all day on Mondays.

Go see Rob @ Evolution Suspension. (I used to work there. He and Jane are great people! waytogo) It's $30 for set up. It'll take about 20-30 minutes. It's the best $30 you can spend on your bike!

Oh, and be sure to bring a couple of doggy treats for Mallory. She's a total ham! Grin
