If you listen to the whole interview it sounds to me like BB is not into 6am interviews.

Seeings how he'e in this band , they were probably playing the night before and he may have got some sleep or like most bands , they stay up pretty late.

I saw him on the Craig Ferguson Late Night Show and Billy Bob was sweet as can be and he performed with his band. He seemed very humble.

I think he just wasn't into this Interview but went due to some obligation and just blew it off after he got there.

Watch the movies " Pushing Tin " and " Sling Blade " and you will see a good Actor .                       Dolph       :)
