Mine is sublime

i had to try to ferment mine a bit longer so i threw in some more yeast.

it's conditioning now. i can chill it next week.

i was actually going to try and get in touch and ask you how it turned out.
i want to try to do a secondary fermentation on the second batch i have fermenting now. i couldn't get the first batch down to .012. i'm hoping the bottles don't blow.
i think i'm gonna try a mead next and do a cider next spring.

we welcome anyone. even the wierdos from northern NJ (if she ever posts here again)  cheeky

as for desimone...people don't seem to have a high opinion of their parts dept. there are a few places around that have decent shipping rates as well as prices for parts. i think those that bought their bike from them arent' completely unhappy with the service and price

They've been OK for me - bought my bike there & take it back for routine service.
They're pretty cool about giving you a ride or loaner or will even pick your bike up for you.

I cleaned and sterilized everything in my tub filled with bleach if that counts....

but yeah it turned out great, I used almost 2 oz. of hops and used some for flavor and some for taste, and I wish it had a little more hop to it....BUT overall a fine example of a whitte.. be::
