I tried on some Suomy and Scorpion helments today.  Best of luck if you've got a head shaped like E.T. and can fit into those brands.  Sticking with my X-11.

It's an older graphic, maybe from 2007, but it's a brand new helmet   They said they'd check the production date of the helmet, I'd rather get a solid color helmet that's an 09 versus a graphic from 07 for the same price.

I've got the same RF1000 as you're looking at, mine is an '07 and I have to say it's not my favorite design, but safety and comfort is the most important thing (followed closely by $$$)  I got mine for $300 last summer which, as you probably know, is about $140 less than a current graphic on the same lid.  I can live w/ the design and put the extra scratch into a new tire, or lots and lots of
