For the record,

There's no difference performance wise with either the coffins or the pee cups.  They are both 16mm pistons actuated in a similar manor (not radial) .

"IF" there's any difference in "feel" it can very likely be attributed to the fact that you just swapped in fresh fluid and did a fresh bleed of the system...

Grrrly

2001cromo,

nevermind. When I looked to see what bike weeemoonster has it's a M600 with solo brake disc.  I believe he went straight from that coffin master for the solo to the pee cup for dual brake rotors.  Which is why  he feels a difference.

weemonster

yeah that could be it..

I don't get why you would want to swap pee cups for coffins tho.
You wanna swap the  high end parts for low end parts. does not compute................. ;D

The only reason why I thought of it was for a looks standpoint.
I cant stand the look of those "pee" cups. They might work great but they look horribile.
I think I am going to look into the stock 999 setup for my scoot..

At one time I had pee cups on my monster,

than I got the ones from my Multistrada and they did work very well, and did look better too.

Now I have Rizoma, in black. I like them a lot more. Instead of locating them at the regular place, I positioned them with a bracket in the same screw where the turn signals are.
