So in case anyone thought I had forgotten about my 695, here are some pics of a little work I did to it this weekend.

I never liked the stock taillight, and I've always wanted one more cafe-style to go with the rest of my bike, so I found this one lying around and fabbed a quick bracket to see how it looked. It came out pretty well, but I'm not sure about it yet, I want a more "bullet" style taillight.

I also added pods, it is amazing how much they clean the bike up. A little bit of wire relocation and the bike is looking damn good.

I made some custom velocity stacks out of glass fibre, but I think I'm gonna go ahead and make them out of Carbon.  Evil They are much larger than the stock ones that come in the airbox, and some quick numbers tell me that they should add a couple of HP, just like the TPO Beast kit.

I haven't been able to ride it yet as I'm waiting on a new battery  bang head bang head bang head

Some of you might notice that I'm missing an exhaust Wink  About that, ummm yeah, custom carbon cafe megaphones are on the way. "muaaahahahahahahahah"

Thanks!

I assume that the bike backfires quite a bit, I haven't been able to ride it yet because of a lack of battery, but soon....

Where are you located?

I used to have that same setup. But I sold the pipes and kept the chip.

the pipes are gonna look like this, but made out of carbon.

Between work and flying back to visit the 6yo girl...I haven't had much time....

I did pick up a new R1, though.
