Many people have fixed this by clearing their internet cache and cookies. Theres a thread in the Board Tech section about it if you're still having problems.

Bummer! I cleared my cookies and cache, but still no mail and no latest reply links. I checked out the Tech Forum and that seemed to fix it for most, but not for the SPH.
