Glad you're back in the saddle, Wayne.  Keep it on two!

I rode over to Oyster Bay on Saturday and met up with 3 riders from NYC (Cdawg & Beancounter are members of the forum) at Billy Joel's 20th Century Motorcycles. Impressive collection. I did not take enough photos, but you can see a few at http://www.ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=51079.15.

Damn.  That's actually uglier than Ducati's newest Monster.  And Stuart said it couldn't be done.   vomit

Is it supposed to be the replacement for the long lost 919? That fairing looks like a toddler designed it.

Despite the 15.5 hours straight today, it was punctuated by a very happy note:

"You're amazing Dad." from my daughter.

That is all...   Grin

so i thought my PTSD was getting better from my first moto accident until yesterday....

some make the beast with two backsing yahoo, decides to just pull out in front of me again (left hand turn), i got super freaked cause it didn't look like he was gonna stop(and it was gonna be another injury i dont want)...but he did stop right in the middle lane, and luckily i had enough room to get around him  Undecided

now i'm all freaky paranoid about people making turns in front me  Undecided

this make the beast with two backsing sucks, i can't wait to get out of the city....

Mouse- you did well, girl. You avoided contact. That means you reacted as well as you could. It's unfortunate that other drivers are careless.

And be thankful you don't have to ride in NY.

oh god! I couldn't even imagine riding in NY or LA...

It's just crazy, I was thinking about when i first started driving we didn't have cell phones or much of any distraction while driving. we had to pay attention to the road. Now we have a whole new generation and thats all they know to do, talk on the phone or txt while driving  Undecided
I fear that it can only get worse! oh and we can't forget that they should make a age limit for some people...there are alot of scary old people that can not drive Shocked
