Recommendations for riding schools?

I've been riding on the road + touring for more than 15 years but never ridden on the track or dirt and have come to realise my riding technique needs much work, particularly 'taking corners'.  Am currently riding an 07 S4RS.

With so many riding schools out there, would appreciate if anyone could share their recommendations with regard to which riding schools you would recommend.  Sorry, just to narrow it down - preferably locations in California (either No. or So. Cal is ok).  Any possibilities in Asia + Australia, if possible, so that I may combine a vacation with riding school!  Thanks.

I'm an instructor at a performance riding school and I would say that any of the reputable schools are a good place to start. One of the big things that we do as instructors for new students is work to break the bad habits that are developed by so many years of street riding. Likely, you are a very competent rider since you've had so many years experience but I can guarantee that you have developed some bad habits. Search for any of the schools in your area and they will all have something good to offer you. Several people on this forum have taken schools in Cali. so I'm sure that you will get some recommendations posted soon.

Yamaha school at Miller in Salt Lake.  Same instructors and track as Freddie Spencer.

ARC Level 1 & 2 would probably help you. Track school would too, they're different formats & allow you to focus on different aspects of riding.

Doesn't Code do schools all over California?  I've never been, but his program seems to be popular with members here.
