"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

I had a Orange 04 Ninja ZX-6R 636 stolen in the Orlando area and solid in ATL. It could possibly be the same guy. Send me a message of name and info if you could?

Well unless it's a bother. I wanted to bring the info to someone that might be able to help me.

any word on this situation?

Nothing from the Kennesaw Police since the warrant was issued for the guy.  Just waiting for him to mess up and get picked up.

Well I chalked it up to our failed legal system and an almost $3k learning experience......I'd love 5 minutes alone with the guy and my baseball bat.........but that's just me [beer]

Have you sued him?

If you sue him, you can notice him by publication.  You don't need to have an arrest/conviction to prevail.

Even if he doesn't show up and you get a judgment, you send that judgment to every bank in the state and they will freeze his accounts until he repays you.
