"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Nothing from the Kennesaw Police since the warrant was issued for the guy.  Just waiting for him to mess up and get picked up.

Well I chalked it up to our failed legal system and an almost $3k learning experience......I'd love 5 minutes alone with the guy and my baseball bat.........but that's just me chug

Have you sued him?

If you sue him, you can notice him by publication.  You don't need to have an arrest/conviction to prevail.

Even if he doesn't show up and you get a judgment, you send that judgment to every bank in the state and they will freeze his accounts until he repays you.
