Last year they wouldn't take red keys; they wanted to see registrations.  And the guy at the entrance gave me crap for riding a Monster!  Elitist snobs.

Was that for parking on the island, or for the hospitality tent? At other races, the hospitality tent is where they asked for registration. But to park on Ducati Island at Laguna you have to go to a Duc dealer the Friday before and get a pass.

Dunno, I drove down Embarrassed.  I guess it was the tent.  The "island" concept is an abstract one, as it's just a section of asphalt.  Unfortunately, the whole set-up was about as far from our seats (and the pits) as you could get.  The free water was much appreciated, though, since it was blazing hot!

BTW, those going through Boise (TripleJ?) should stop at MonsterParts.
