So how big of a pig can you split and smoke in a 55 gal. barrel?  I want a pig cooker......

i just had an idea...instead of buying new, buy used. duh.

anyone on the eastcoast have access to used drums? (preferably ones that didnt' contain something that would require them to be put through hazmat cleanup)

You may want to consider so Fast Food places. Don't they get their cooking oil by the barrel?
