Brake Line specific Fork Swap question.

I did a bit of searching for an answer on this, to no avail. Can anyone who's done a fork swap on an older Monster (<'99 to SBK forks) share what your solution to brake lines for the 65mm calipers was? THe issue being the 40mm calipers have a straight banjo on the caliper and the 65mm ones a 90˚ banjo. Did you just get longer lower hoses from the splitter? Or use the newer MC>Right Caliper>Left Caliper style?

Just order a new set of lines from Spiegler. Its pretty easy, and I would suggest a T-junction (Type 950), where it goes MC-->T-->LC/RC. You pick the fittings, and measure everything in mm, and you are good to go. They are fast too, it takes about 1 week, (maybe less) from the time you order, till the time you receive.
I just had to order a new rear brake line when I got a billet Nichols rear caliper mount. Then I put on rearsets, and had to order another line because the master cylinder was moved. Sheesh, should have waited and done it once.

I work with a company called CycleBrakes and they're fantastic. I was just looking for lengths, etc. I want to retain the stock set-up as much as possible, so that's one line MC to "T" and two lines from the T, one to each caliper. I guess I'll just wait until I get it all together and measure it, as was suggested.

I wasn't sure if your setup had the stock "manifold" setup like my bike did. If that was the case, I would urge you to get rid of it. Since you seem to have something more similar to my setup now, I would use some medium gauge wire, mold it to the path you want the cable to run, cut it, and measure the individual pieces.
For Spiegler lines, you measure from the center of the banjo fitting and include that part also.
