Considering mods for a future S2R1000 one of the main upgrades from my S2R800 will be the dry clutch. I'm not a fan of the noise from a dry clutch for myself. Yes, I know it is a true sign of a Duc - it's just that I'm not that hard core/skilled yet and I feel it would be like owning a mean bike without the skills to match. Of course that will change, but for now I'm interested in combining some nice looking pressure plate with this:

Do you think the inside of it's window will be dirty in no time? Other comments regarding the piece or my thoughts?

How about this:

Machined from a solid piece of aluminum, this clutch cover is a great way to add protection and stile to your dry clutch.

When my stock cover was changed to an open one, I found a ton of black dust in there. I would imagine that the inside of the glass/plastic would get quite dirty. Open it up completely or keep the stock cover on.  Smiley
