Hello all,

At 29 I finally did it. I took the MSF class after years of threatening to do so. I had ridden a couple of my friends' bikes once or twice, but never took a class or really knew what I was doing. Anyway, now I'm hooked and I'm continuing my dream of picking up a Ducati sometime soon. I've been looking at the Monsters and Sport 1000s and am probably leaning more towards the latter. Anyone know of anyone selling one "lightly used?"

So, have I come to the right place? I'd love to meet up with some locals at some point and talk shop. Again, I'm new to bikes, but really want to learn.

Thanks,

ryan

The wife and I are in East Dallas. Near the Arboretum. Of course, if this is like the 350z boards, every other member lives in Plano or Frisco.  Grin

Hey Ryan, you and your wife live right near me.  I'm off of Garland and Buckner.

Check out the DFWM board, there's a good amount of BSing and good people up there.  Not to mention a good amout of get togethers and rides.

laughingdp  yeah, you're more than welcome here in the THCM, but for the real 'locals' for you, you should be in the DFWM
