I too have outrun a cop on a bicycle.  [evil]  It was last summer, I accidentally ran a red light in front of him.  [roll]  He hadn't lit me up yet but I did see him making the U-turn back towards me as I made it to the safety of an apartment parking lot.

To the OP, your friend needs to get a lawyer.

I found video of you running:

it's still freaking cool to think it might happen.

I'm looking forward to seeing the made-for-tv movie of this escapade! Who'll land the role? Sandra Bullock? Scarlett Johanson?

;D

I think Scarlett should get it.

Then to get a feel for the character she's playing, she should spend some time with those that her well.

Yes.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Yes.

We should start a poll: who should play Ms. Incredible in her made-for-tv movie?  [laugh]

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

I agree with Ducatizzz about the defense if the cop didn't use his lights.

Find a good defense attorney, and as you mentioned.....might be good to find one that is a former prosecutor in that county.

His story will jive about the lights if there is a dash camera in the cruiser
