I've been looking for these spacers for a little while (and recently got lucky and found a used pair here on the board).

During my search I found that Ducman store, but looking up reviews on google made me keep searching.

They're really no different than the Corsair spacers that Jeff at Monsterparts sells, and he says he should have a batch in soon for anyone who's still looking for these.
