It was a great time.  I got called in a few times during the first session, before I realized I was going back to my old habit of looking too close in, instead of all the way through the turn.  Once I did that, I became much more relaxed and enjoyed the hair pin and double apex corners!  Luckily, this is the first time the military has touched something and kept it fun!

I still can't wait for the next group outing.  Unfortunately, I only ride my bike to/from work during the workday and won't ride on the wkend unless I'm meeting up w/ someone.

I was out there on my hyper Wed. Am sesson ... and I was working flag #1 that afternoon. I also thought it was about as much fun one can have while playing on a taxi runway...and when the next one comes around (idk when) but ill be out there for that one too.

so is anything 2wheeled going on this weekend?

It's too early for him to announce anything. Do you think we should spam him to move the date to Sunday?  Grin     No kidding about the rain. No bicycling. The 848 is stuck down at BME and even after I put the battery in it there's a chance it would still be stuck here. Not that it's never been wet before.  laughingdp

The second half of the ride was definitely better. I just don't know why Jose seems to like routes like Kam Hwy out to Chinaman's Hat. I went along with it because I thought Bobby was going to grab his MV but he got the Aprilia motard instead. Four of us left the beachpark and headed for Tantalus.  Evil
