so when does ducati seattle go nationwide with dealers on each coast?  dealers make or break the owning experience for this brand and I think this program will be no exception.

Thanks for passing on the info, Dave.

Well that's f-ing pointless.
They are paying for an oil and oil filter change, plus checking all the things you as the owner should be checking before every ride, and forcing YOU the consumer to pay for the most important parts of the 7500 mile service:

Checking and adjusting the valve clearances.
Checking and replacing the air filter.
Checking the timing belt tension.
Checking the throttle body synchronization and idle speed.

Nearly Worthless.

ha!  It's a bit misleading saying "$0 maintenance" when the *expensive* part of owning a Duc isn't even covered. (read: valves + belts)

Sure wish I had a "good" dealer nearby. Very good point Statler. Working as a tech in a high line car dealership, I completely agree.

This is how you do a maintenance program on expensive, luxury branded vehicles: http://www.bmwusa.com/Standard/Content/Owner/BMWUltimateService/Default.aspx

yeah, interesting that the valves aren't included in the 2nd service, since it's the main reason for that service.  (the rest should be done more frequently by the rider, but so often isn't).

Just spoke to the top brass at DNA, they are listening to you!  Now both the A & B services are included !!   You just have to go and ride your new Ducati and get those miles on in the first 12 months!
