I should have mentioned I am running an open air box (no top) BMC filter. If this is not going to work without major pain, should I just get the full termi system with ECU and whatever else comes with it. A lot of this stuff is way beyond my technical knowledge. I want my bike to run correctly, that is most important. I also want good sound and looks. However I don't want to risk any mechanical damage to the bike.

I hear RapidBike works well. 

Not sure if PCIII has addressed the O2 sensor issue.

MBC- look at the sticky thread for closed loop ecu mods  waytogo

it's on top in this forum (acc & mods) and will answer alot of questions specific to your ecu sitch
