searched but didn't find anything.

Is there a size for the parking bulb?  The engraved writing is so smooth on mine I can't read it.

thanks

well I was hoping to replace this with something fun, red LED maybe.  Didn't want a lot of fuss, just plug and play.  Went to the auto parts store and didn't have any bulbs that looked identical and I didn't want to spend money to experiment.  Showed it to the parts guy and immediately he said "that's not automotive, is it?"  The markings on the socket weren't familiar to the 2 worker bees there either.

oh well.

My manual lists the parking bulb as a T4W for my '06 s2r1k.

As long as the bulb will fit the socket it will work. Just take it to Wally World and match it up.

Mash is correct it's T4W which is uber rare at least here in Charlotte.  I had to order online.

yeah, uber-rare seems the same case here also (soCal).  I was actually trying to find an LED with the same base.  Seems T4W is interchangeable with other model numbers.  But we'll see.  Problem I'm experiencing now is I can't seem to find any place with reasonable shipping.  Tough to buy a $1 bulb with $5 shipping charge.  Just need to dig around a little, I suppose.

thanks again, everyone.

Alright, so for future reference a BA9S bulb works.  I found some LEDs with that designation and it plugged right in.
