http://wikipedia/wiki/Spleen
\snip
The spleen is an organ found in all vertebrate animals[1]. In humans, the spleen is located in the abdomen of the body, where it functions in the destruction of old red blood cells and holds a reservoir of blood. It is regarded as one of the centers of activity of the reticuloendothelial system (part of the immune system). Until recently,[when?] the purpose of the spleen was not known. It is increasingly recognized that its absence leads to a predisposition to certain infections.

You're both going to F$#kin' love it - if you can try to do the factory tour in the morning, so you get a bit of time to spend in the museum (if you're up for it, of course!)
Oh, and go have a coffee in the factory caffeteria - the coffee is not great, only OK, but having little sugar satchels with ducatis on them, and wading through the bowl to find one of your bike makes up for it!

Hey there lovely Jukie, so happy to see you back at the key board and talking to us.
I'm sure you are pleased to be out of hospital and back in the real world.
Soon as you are up to it we'll be up for a BBQ with you both.
Happy you are going to the factory, put that G10 to good use there as I am sure you will.
Let us know when you are flying home won't you.

Fantastic news Jukie! Heal up, enjoy the factory, the coffee, the cakes and the sights and then come on home for big blue skies, the best BBQ's, juicy lamb, great mates and a drinky or 2!
lots of good wishes for you and for both of you to really enjoy whats left of your trip!
